Please send photos at 300DPI or more whenever possible. Very little can be done to take better blurry photos so please send best quality available. Do not worry about cropping or removing others from the photo – we will do that for you.

Personalized orders cannot be canceled and are not returnable unless there is an error/typo on our part or if your shipment was damaged.

In the event you have to return your cards, please send back (with the damaged packaging  if applicable). The entire quantity must be returned or your request will be voided.
